The signatories can be anywhere in the world and still sign in the same meeting. One in New York, one in New Mexico and one in Stockholm: they verify their identity, sign in front of the notary and are done in about five minutes.
Many clients ask whether that is even possible. It is. The notary meets everyone in one video meeting, and the original usually reaches your client within one to two working days.

We verify identity with a passport or national ID card, watch the signature being made and certify it. Several signatories can join from different countries in the same meeting.

Since 2005 only a notary public can issue an apostille in Sweden. We issue it in the same meeting as the notarisation, so there is no second visit.
